"RHEMA IS BACK"

This edition of RHEMA is full of news. Yet, more than half of the news is regarding what is the latest with RHEMA.

Since its beginning in 1993, most of the editions featured news on everything but the newspaper itself. This edition is about the newspaper itself.

RHEMA has had a blessed journey. The company has witnessed countless church openings, groundbreakings, installations, ordinations, community rallies, and much more. The witness sometimes was not so pleasant yet still blessed when RHEMA reported the many homegoings, fires, and other tragic news. Add to this list that the news was from Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia, Richmond, Raleigh and many other cities. It was and continues to be a blessed journey.

Along this journey, RHEMA began to experience business complication that stemmed from various sources. The details are not necessary. Still, the complication caused RHEMA to adjust in its ability to serve the faith community.

RHEMA never stopped serving. RHEMA never closed its business and ministry. RHEMA just adjusted the manner in which it served.

The adjustment came by using the convenience of the internet. RHEMA’s Founder and Publisher in 1997 sought God about the impact of the world wide web. God instructed the publisher that the two needed each other and to organize RHEMA to accommodate the need of the two media. Thus, RHEMA’s internet division was initiated.

While newspaper from 1998 til the beginning of this year was touch and go, RHEMA’s internet division started sharing church announcements and other advertisements. It was a good thing. Like many other newspapers, the internet became the main source to keep RHEMA alive and kicking.

   So, how is RHEMA back?

Beginning with this edition, RHEMA is aiming to provide reliable and consistent editions for all who in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States and soon – yes, soon- beyond the old distribution areas.

RHEMA is back and yet RHEMA is better. Better from the wisdom from the experience. RHEMA now knows how to accurately estimate its cost of operation, how to evaluate the value of its receivables, how to diversify its operations. Shortly, it will be apparent to all that RHEMA is much better.

Thank God for a chance to be back. Yet, it is RHEMA’s prayer that any who was inconvenienced or suffered loss because of RHEMA’s challenges would give RHEMA still a chance to clear any outstanding indebtedness. RHEMA will not dodge this requirement to be reconciled to any offended. RHEMA realizes that all who name the name of Jesus have a common goal (the salvation and edification of souls) and a common enemy (the devil – the accuser of the brethren). So it is important to RHEMA to be reconciled. The comeback will not be complete unless the attempt for reconciliation is done.

RHEMA thanks all who prayed, encouraged, sowed, and did many unspoken things to assist RHEMA to maintain its vitality. Truly, all did have a positive impact on the well being of the company. RHEMA also thanks all who forgave any infraction or offence of RHEMA and its staff.

Continue to pray for this great work of God.
